Modular teletechnical chambers made of plastic

TP modular chambers are an excellent offer for companies from the telecommunications, energy, waterworks and sewage sectors.

TP chambers are an innovative, unique and patented system based on 100% recycling of plastics (polyethylene, polypropylene, polycarbonate), in which the body of chamber can be loaded up to 90 tons (F‑900).

Resistance to:

  • the influence of sewages,
  • high temperature and frost,
  • road salt and substances used for road marking that use road services,
  • oil and fuel spills,
  • pressure and impacts that are generated by traffic,
  • leaks of corrosive substances (e.g. acids, alkaline solutions).

Basic advantages

Modules of chambers are constructed in such a way that after assembly:

  • horizontal displacements have not occurred,
  • vertical displacements have not occurred,
  • there was no wobble,
  • any lateral loads were received through the entire chamber and not individual chamber modules

making superstructure over existing infra-structure

By means of the TP chamber modules, you can quickly and easily make superstructures of existing concrete chambers for leveling the changes of the surface level.

Advantages of using:

  • quick and easy assembly by placing polipit modules on the existing chamber  body,
  • possibility of exact leveling of the chamber cover to the surface,
  • no need for concrete and masonry,
  • achieving full dynamic strength immediately after laying,
  • Polypit modules do not erode and crumble,
  • the ability to fit modules to each chamber  height, the ability to change the level in any range.

leveling the chambers

SP-1 and SP-2 systems of the chambers leveling 
Pre-leveling is carried out while laying the bottom of the chamber.
After assembling the entire chamber, we can make the final leveling.

SP-1 leveling system (plastic and cast iron covers)
There is the ability to smoothly adjust the height of the first module (with the cover frame) above the second module, in the range  from 0 to 50 mm.
The adjustment is made with an Allen wrench and 4 stainless steel screws placed in the corners of the cover frame
(screwing in the screws causes the cover to lift).

SP-2 leveling system (covers to be filled as well as covers of concrete and steel)
There is the ability to smoothly adjust the height of the cover frame  above the first module, in the range  from 0 to 50 mm.
The adjustment is made with an Allen wrench and 4 stainless steel screws placed in the corners of the cover frame
(unscrewing the screws causes the cover to lift).

The resulting gap between the chamber modules should be filled with no-shrinkage mortar, e.g. Mapei Lampocem.

Cutting holes for pipe entry

1. Making holes with a core bit

The advantage: you can make holes in any places of the chamber, depending on your needs. To ensure full chamber body strength, at least one entire module should be under the hole made, and three modules above the holes made. The holes can be made in every place of the chamber, on different walls. Holes up to 110 mm diameter are made between two sections of the chamber. It is recommended to make holes using a core drill bit for metal.

You can rent in our company special core drill bits with diameters of 50, 75, 110 and 160 mm.

2. Knocking out prefabricated holes

We offer chambers with prefabricated holes to knock out. In this case, the recipient should determine the diameters, distribution and number of openings in the chambers ordered.

3. Using of HDPE adaptive plate 10 mm thick.

The plate is optionally delivered in a set with a chamber. A hole 150 mm smaller than the plate size should be cut in the chamber wall. The plate should be screwed with 4 x 50 mm screws. The holes in the plate are made using standard metal drilling core bits. 

The pipe entry seals can be made with generally available construction sealants.

Assembling chambers on existing installa-tions

It is possible to build chambers on existing pipe runs, without having to cut them:

- we drill holes for an existing pipe, cable, etc.,

- we put the first modules under the existing pipe, cable, etc.,

- we add the next modules over the pipe, cable, etc.

Ceiling chambers (shafts)

Ceiling chambers (shafts) are used in telecommunications and power engineering for cable ducts run under ceilings of various types of  bridges, tunnels, etc.

TP STR type ceiling chambers are characterized by:

- low weight (30 - 40 kg),

- they have a mounting system adapted to ceilings,

- they have a hinged covers at the bottom, allowing access to the cable ducting.
